New 6th grade Parent Night at all Middle Schools
May 14, 2013
New Hawk Night at Lakeridge Middle School
Our formal Parent Night will begin at 5:30 p.m. and last until 7:00 p.m.
At 5:30 p.m. in The Commons we will greet you with opening comments. Following this, there will be breakout session rotations with more specific information from staff on the following topics:
Counselors will be visiting the elementary schools with registration information. You will have the opportunity to review the materials with your child and make decisions regarding 6th grade courses before returning the materials to your elementary school.
In August, students will be invited to Lakeridge to pick up their schedules, practice their locker combinations and tour the school.
Remember, if you have any question or need assistance, we are open for business every day. Please call the Counseling Office at 253-891-5111 and Heather Guiberson, secretary, will assist you.
New Wolf Night at Mountain View Middle School
New Bobcat Night at Sumner Middle School
In addition, staff will be available to discuss athletics and extra-curricular opportunities. Be sure to stop by our Booster table to learn about volunteer opportunities and to purchase spirit wear for your future Bobcat.
We will open the doors at 5:45 p.m. to allow new Bobcats and their families to tour the 6th grade hallway until our first session begins at 6:00 p.m. We will also be offering a tour of the 6th grade hallway after the last session until 7:45 p.m.
We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to Sumner Middle School and hope that you can attend this exciting and informative event. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Jessop at 253-891-5011.
